1. ParticipationBy registering for and attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in yoga, movement, and related activities is voluntary.
2. Health and FitnessYou confirm that you are physically able to participate in yoga and related activities. If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions, you agree to consult your healthcare provider before attending.
3. Assumption of ResponsibilityYou understand that while instructors and organizers will provide guidance and a safe environment, you are responsible for your own well-being during the event.
4. Liability WaiverBy attending, you waive any claims against Breath and Sound and its affiliates, volunteers, instructors, and venue for any injury, accident, or loss that may occur during the event.
5. Personal BelongingsParticipants are responsible for their personal belongings. Breath and Sound is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
6. Photography & MediaPhotos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
7. ConductAll participants are expected to respect the space, instructors, and other attendees. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
8. Electronic SignatureBy typing your name and submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and electronically sign this liability waiver and agree to these terms.
