Mother Earth has made each of us a unique being. From the moment we are born, everything we need for healing, renewal, and self-realization is already available to us.
At Breath and Sound, we believe the body is an instrument of movement, the breath is an instrument of connection, and the voice is an instrument of expression. When we learn to use these instruments with awareness, we return to our natural state of balance.
Through movement, breath, and sound, we reconnect to ourselves and to the rhythms of nature.
And in that reconnection, healing begins.

We integrate movement, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic sound to support nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and self-awareness. Rooted in ancient Eastern traditions and adapted for modern life, our offerings provide practical, embodied tools that individuals can use beyond the studio.
We are committed to collaborating with local community partners to expand access to recovery-supportive practices and create meaningful, positive change.
Through structure, compassion, and connection, we guide people toward self-healing, self-love, and deeper union with themselves and others.

SOUND HEALING
What an amazing opportunity it is to be fully present in the sound. Pure meditation. The healing sound of the ancient instruments brings tremendous effects on the brain, nervous system, and even your internal organs.
COMMUNITY GATHERINGS
Gather together as a community to chant mantras, sing songs, and dance to the rhythms of live instruments. Open your heart to the Sound of your voice.Meditate, reflect, and heal.
ZOOM TALKS
Spend 30 minutes of your busy weekday joining our Zoom mindful hour. Stretch, breathe, and meditate. Share how your day goes or just listen to others. Meet new friends and plan your next self-healing day.
NATURE HIKES
Get together for a nice hike. Learn more about Nature and mindfulness. Take your kids or friends with you. Explore Cape Cod on foot or by bike. There are thousands of Nature Trails around Cape awaiting you.

Breath and Sound Second Annual Wellness Public Event will take place on June 20th, Saturday to welcome Summer Solstice and celebrate International Yoga Day!
Building on the success of last year’s outdoor community festival, Breath and Sound will host its annual outdoor gathering on the Hyannis Village Green—this time marking its first official celebration of the global International Day of Yoga. The event will bring together yoga practitioners from across Cape Cod, along with visitors and tourists who come to experience the Cape in early summer.
The gathering will begin with a guided practice of 108 Sun Salutations, a traditional ritual observed by yoga communities around the world on this day. Following the yoga practice, the celebration will continue with live music and an open community gathering, inviting participants to relax, connect, and enjoy the shared experience of being outdoors. Rooted in Breath and Sound’s mission, the event aims to create an inclusive space that fosters connection, well-being, and a sense of belonging among both local residents and visitors alike.
