Jenya Nesterova

500 hr YTT certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Kriya and Pranayama teacher, Bhakti Yoga follower. Jenya's Yoga Journey started in 2018. Her teachers have studied under different lineages including Sivananda Saraswati's teachings of Hatha Yoga, K. Pattabhi Jois' Ashtanga Vinysa Yoga Teachings, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's Bhakti Yoga Teachings. Jenya studied Yoga in different countries including Costa Rica, Kazakhstan and India. Her recent studies with daughter of Ashtanga Yoga Guruji, Saraswati Jois in Mysore, India made a huge impact on her practice and teachings. Jenya's main goal as a yoga teacher is to keep Traditional Style of Yoga as she has a core belief that is the most respectful way to benefit from the ancient practice of the East.
