- Join Emma for a pop up kundalini Yoga Class.
- Emma is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher with over two years of committed practice in Kundalini Tantra. She completed her 300-hour teacher training at the Kundalini Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India, where she studied the traditional Himalayan lineage of Kundalini Yoga.
- Often referred to as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini Yoga expands consciousness and deepens the connection to the inner self. This transformative practice blends breathwork, dynamic movement, and mantra chanting to activate and move energy through the body, encouraging the awakening of the dormant kundalini energy at the base of the spine. Represented by the coiled serpent, this energy is also called Shakti (the divine life force within).
- In this class, we will learn ancient kriyas (yogic sequences), that support the strengthening of the nervous system, balancing of the chakras, and awakening of kundalini energy. Come join to feel profound inner connection, harmony and vitality.

- Join Emma for a heart-opening cacao ceremony to connect with community through shared intentions, medicine songs, and mantras.
- We’ll drink ceremonial cacao from Guatemala to soften into presence and deepen connection with ourselves and each other.
- Optional rapeh (a sacred tobacco snuff) will be offered to support grounding and inner clarity.
- Emma is a healing arts practitioner devoted to the path of holistic healing and sacred ceremony. Over the past three years, she has immersed herself in working with earth medicines, studying and serving within diverse lineages around the world.
- With a passion for music, Emma incorporates medicine songs and mantras on guitar into her ceremonies, offering sound as a pathway to deeper presence.
