DANI REARDON

Director

Dani is a yoga instructor, sound practitioner, nature lover, and ceremony facilitator who resides and gratefully shares her medicine on Cape Cod. Before yoga, sound, and ceremony was in her life she was a professional fitness athlete achieving second place in the world in her division of Women’s Physique. She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Applied Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, has trained many fitness clients as a health and life coach. Dani designed an online course called Conscious Champion, which is centered around helping athletes to develop a strong mindset and spiritual connection. After her retirement from the stage she found her truth in yoga, energy work, plant medicine, and sound. Since then Dani has been a dedicated student and evolving practitioner. Every year she travels to Peru and Arizona to study with her teachers and be in ceremony. She plays a variety of instruments including, flutes, bowls, harmonium, guitar, and drum. She facilitates Cacao and Sound ceremonies and is so excited to continue to develop a relationship with her tribe, plant medicine and sound. Becoming a yoga teacher made Dani dedicated to pass along her knowledge to those just beginning on their journey. 

Being several years into this new role through the healing arts, she is enthusiastic about living a life of service, connection, and community. Sharing her heart and passions with the world is her life now. Dani is grateful to be a lifelong student  and devotee of the modalities of ancient traditions.
