Our Mission is to:
- Empower people suffering from addiction to use a holistic approach to heal and rejuvenate through movement, breathwork, meditation and music therapy
- Introduce ancient Eastern traditions and practices to help individuals in addiction recovery
- Provide practical tools for people seeking additional supports in the process of recovery
- Collaborate with local community members to bring positive changes in other people’s lives
- Help people to find a beautiful and holistic way to self-healing, self-love, and union with others
Our Vision:
Mother Earth made us unique beings. From the day we were born, She has been providing us with everything we need for healing, rejuvenation, and self-realization. Using our own body as an instrument of movement, our breath as an instrument of connection, and the sound of our voices as a main instrument of communication with ourselves, we come back to the nature of who we truly are. And that is where healing starts to take place.

YOGA & MEDITATION
Move your physical body mindfully, noticing the effect of your postures. When the body is moving, the mind is still. Refocus your mind from the thoughts to the point of your meditation. Find peace and surrender.
BREATH WORKSHOPS
Breath is a powerful tool that directly works with your nervous system. Learn how to use your breath to boost your mood, reduce anxiety, increase your energy, and calm your mind.
SOUND HEALING
What an amazing opportunity it is to be fully present in the sound. Pure meditation. The healing sound of the ancient instruments brings tremendous effects on the brain, nervous system, and even your internal organs.
COMMUNITY KIRTAN
Gather together as a community to chant mantras, sing songs, and dance to the rhythms of Indian instruments. Open your heart to Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Love and Devotion. Use the sound of your voice and go beyond. Meditate, reflect, and heal.
ZOOM TALKS
Spend 30 minutes of your busy weekday joining our Zoom mindful hour. Stretch, breathe, and meditate. Share how your day goes or just listen to others. Meet new friends and plan your next self-healing day.
NATURE HIKES
Get together for a nice hike. Learn more about Nature and mindfulness. Take your kids or friends with you. Explore Cape Cod on foot or by bike. There are thousands of Nature Trails around Cape awaiting you.

Breath and Sound at the Mindfulness Festival
5/18/2024
Breath and Sound celebrated the Day of Mindfulness and Love with their partner and sponsor The Awareness Project. Mindfulness Festival was held on May 18th at the Sandwich Public Library, 182 Main Street, Sandwich. This was free of charge event that gathered about 150 people. It featured the most amazing workshops created by our lovely community. Sessions included visual art-making, yoga, sound, poetry, qigong, mindful walking, drumming and meditation. We are so grateful to be a part of this amazing mindful community!
